Justin Timberlake and Jay-Z Tickets

Multi-talented pop icon Justin Timberlake and rapper Jay-Z are out touring this summer. Called the Legends of the Summer Tour, the two musical heavyweights will have their concerts at 12 stadiums all across the United States and Canada. The tour will kick off at the Roger's Stadium in Toronto, Canada on July 17. The tour's last stop will be at the Sun Life Stadium at Miami FL on August 16.

The pair performed a duet at the recently concluded Grammy Awards night. They sang Justin Timberlake's new single, “Suit & Tie” which also featured Jay-Z. “Suit & tie” is the lead-off single to Timberlake's new album, “The 20/20 Experience”, which is set to be released on March 19.

Before “20/20”, Timberlake's last album was “FutureSex/LoveSounds” which was released in 2006. He took a hiatus from the recording studio, and from 2007 up to 2012, co-wrote or produced several songs for other singers. In most of these songs, he also provided the background vocals, and appeared in the music videos. During this period, he also appeared in “The Social Network”, “Bad Teacher”, “Friends with Benefits”, and “In Time.”

Between Timberlake and Jay-Z, they have won 23 Grammy Awards and have sold a combined 67 million album copies. Jay-Z is not unfamiliar with co-headlining a tour. He had worked with Kanye West on the Watch the Throne tour, which stretched from October 28, 2011 to February 21, 2012 for a total of 57 shows across the United States, Canada and Europe. He had also toured with Mary J. Blige in the Heart of the City Tour from March 22 to May 10, 2008. Jay-Z had also co-headlined with R. Kelly on the Best of Both Worlds Tour, which was prematurely cut short.

In their spare time, both Timberlake and Jay-Z have business interests which range from clothing and apparel to shares in basketball teams. Jay-Z is a part-owner of the Brookly Nets, while Justin Timberlake is a part-owner of the Memphis Grizzlies. Jay Z is the husband of popular diva Beyonce Knowles and they have a daughter named Blue Ivy.
